Land in Johannesburg

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly staff, who will assist you with your luggage and escort you by bus. You will then be driven to your hotel, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery along the way.

In the evening, we will take you to a charming local restaurant where you can indulge in an authentic Portuguese or South African dining experience. Savour various traditional dishes crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and immerse yourself in the rich flavours of Portuguese or South African cuisine. Day 2

Guests will be warmly welcomed and collected from their hotel before embarking on an exciting journey. Their first destination is the intriguing local aircraft museum, where they can marvel at a fascinating collection of vintage planes and learn about the history of aviation. After exploring the museum, the group will head to the majestic Union Buildings, home to the renowned statue of Nelson Mandela, where they can reflect on his significant legacy while enjoying the beautiful gardens surrounding the site. The morning will conclude with a visit to the historic Voortrekker Museum, where guests can immerse themselves in South Africa's rich cultural and historical heritage.

Next stop to Lesedi Cultural Village for a tour and dinner. On arrival at the Lesedi Cultural Village, you're taken on a guided tour of 5 different traditional villages. This includes villages that depict the way of life of the Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi, Basotho and Ndabele communities. You’re treated to an energetic ‘song and dance show’ and listen to animated tales told by the people of Lesedi Cultural Village. You’re encouraged to join in the dancing.
After the show, enjoy a delicious meal at Nyama Choma restaurant and sample authentic African cuisine and beverages. The extensive menu includes crocodile and ostrich dishes. The restaurant is divided into three themed areas: North Africa, East Africa, and South Africa.
After a wonderful time at Lesedi Cultural Village, your guide will drive you back to the hotel.

Day 3

On this day, you will collect and be guided through the process of preparing your vehicles for the upcoming adventure. This menu will showcase a variety of convenient and nutritious options designed to keep you energized and satisfied. Each meal will be carefully selected to complement what everyone will be preparing during those days, ensuring a delightful culinary experience that fosters community and enjoyment.

Once we have completed the preparations, we will head off to the hotel.
